Finishing UFO’s

I’ve been busy working on unfinished projects this week. My sewing room is overflowing with ‘stuff’ and I need more room in there to move so its time to just get stuff done! I finally quilted and bound my En Provence top. I just love it!  This was my first Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilt and I learned so much. I’ve started a few others but this is the only one I kept up with.

I put the binding on a quilt DD made a few years ago…

… and the binding on two baby blankets.

These Christmas mug rugs were made from scraps, all pinned ready to sew the backing on and just a  little quilting so I did that.

I found a bundle of pieced tops ready for donation, they were just waiting to be mailed so I sent them off, three eye spy tops and one floral top for Quilts against Cancer.

It feels good to be productive and move stuff along. So many projects that are close to being finished sitting waiting and then they just get forgotten.  I’ve now collected most of my UFO’s and so I will go through them this coming week and see what else I can get done.
